2. Do you deliver?
Local delivery is available, depending on the size of the item. We also have a delivery service for an extra charge.
3. Where do your products come from?
They come from China, Thailand, Tibet, Mongolia and Indonesia.
4. How often do you buy products?
3 – 4 times per year we go directly to the countries and ship back to the States.
5. Do you do custom orders?

6. What is your return policy?
At our local store: 24 hours – Cash or credit card refund
10 days – Store credit
After 10 days – no refund
Online sales: Item(s) must be returned within 5 days for refund or exchange. Please call for a “return authorization number” before you ship the item back since we cannot accept items shipped without this number.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
The item(s) must be insured. If it arrives damaged a refund will not be given.
The item(s) must be returned in the condition it was in when it was originally shipped.
